I’ve been a creative my whole life; it’s just taken a few beautiful forms along the way.

Long before weddings, I was an artist. I worked as an independent designer with my own freelance clients, created fabric collections for Spoonflower that people still buy today, and ran a little brand of hand-embroidered sheer ornaments, delicate things made one stitch at a time. I even worked alongside my husband, Ryan, a fashion designer, on pieces for his label, and one I made by hand was featured in Vogue. Making things has always been who I am.

Everything changed when I had my first son. We were living in New York, and I started teaching myself videography, taking classes, building a YouTube channel, and learning everything I could. And the moment I filmed my first wedding, it all came together. Every creative instinct I’d ever had finally had its truest form.

Because that’s what I love most: witnessing two people in love, being trusted to stand in the middle of the most important day of their lives, and turning all of it, the laughter, the tears, the moments nobody else noticed, into something they’ll keep forever.

I’m also a full-time homeschool mom to our two boys, so creativity and family are completely woven together in everything I do.

Because the best moments are often the ones you didn’t know were happening.
